This website has been created to help improve communication between all of the owners at Cherry Hills.
We come from different countries and speak different languages, which has made keeping in touch difficult. The Messenger group has been great but isn’t accessible to owners without Facebook accounts. Additionally it is very difficult to see previous discussions which is particularly difficult for new owners.
Everyone visits the complex at different times which makes it difficult to discuss or take decisions on important matters which affect the complex.
The website has several functions which we hope you will find helpful. You will need to register to use these functions, this is very easy to do, you can even sign on with your Facebook/ Messenger or Google account which saves having to remember too many passwords. Please note, the site is completely secure and no one can see your password, even the administrator.
We have tried to make the website as easy to use and as accessible as possible to all members of the community. The menu navigation is supported in all languages which we hope will help make the website more usable by everyone.
The site has a number of features geared towards promoting open and positive discussion. This includes:
- A forum:
This includes several topics and will grow over time. The advantage of the forum is that you can look back over previous discussions and to contribute to important decisions regarding the complex
This includes an “Introduce yourself” section. Use this to say hello to the other owners and post a picture to help everyone put faces to names when visiting the complex. This helps everyone get to know each other, particularly new owners.

This allows you to have chat in private with other owners if you wish
- A “groups” function
This can be used for Selling items or, if you need something, asking the community if they can help.
This may also be used to show Airport transfers etc
- Members area
In the member area you can enter your email address, telephone number as well as your Villa/ apartment number. As a result, we get to know each other better and better understand where everyone lives in the complex
- Complex Rules and Finance
This area shows the rules for the complex that have previously been agreed and help to ensure that we have a happy and respectful complex
- Keeping up to date
The site will also send you email updates to let you know when things have been added to or changed on the site. So that way, you should always be up to date
