Apartment block interior regulations
1. Every apartment owner is obliged to participate in all Owner’s Meetings when required to do so.
2. Every owner is permitted right of way through any of the communal areas. However, they are not permitted to participate in any activity that could cause fire, damage or unnecessary inconvenience or disturbance to the other inhabitants.
3. Every owner is obliged to give access to their own premises for repairs to the common parts of the apartment block.
4. Every owner must pay over the agreed amount for Annual Property Maintenance before or on the specified due date.
5. Every owner is jointly and equally responsible for repairs to all common parts of the apartment block.
6. It is not permitted to smoke within the common parts of the apartment block.
7. Every owner is responsible for the general upkeep and repair of his/her own apartment.
8. It is not permitted to throw objects from any Balcony.
9. All apartments should be fitted with at least one working smoke detector.
10. It is not permitted to leave belongings, construction materials, inflammable substances, rubbish and other objects on the staircase platforms, on the staircase and other communal areas.
11. It is not permitted to play, sing, use music systems, loud speaker and entertainment systems, or carry out repair works which could disturb the rest of the inhabitants between the hours of 24:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m. Exceptions can only be granted with the express permission of the Committee or Complex Manager.
12. All inhabitants are obliged not to allow their children or temporary residents in their apartments, to break the prescribed interior regulations or to damage the common parts of the buildings.
13. It is not permitted to throw into the drainage system any belongings, construction materials, rubbish, dangerous liquid substances, motor oils or other petroleum. Anyone found guilty of damage or causing obstruction will pay all costs for the respective repairs.
14. Any rubbish must be removed and taken to the bins provided outside of the complex gates. Rubbish must not be left in any of the communal areas.
